Boerne Blessings is a faith-based, charitable 501 (c)(3) non-profit based in Boerne Texas. We are an emergency shelter for children in crisis who have been removed from their home by Child Protective Services.
We promote and encourage foster parenting and work with local government, social service agencies and other non-profits in the surrounding area.

Community
Emergency shelter for children is a great need in our community
Unfortunately, child neglect and abuse happens right here in Boerne. To ensure children's safety, Child Protective Services removes children both temporarily and permanently throughout south central Texas.
There is currently not an emergency shelter that accepts children of all ages in Kendall county. When children are removed from their homes, sometimes they are transported to Houston or Dallas, and sometimes they sleep on the floor in a CPS office.
Boerne Blessings goal is to fill this great need and provide a safe haven to children in crisis. We serve all foster children in need of temporary shelter while their CPS caseworker attempts reunification with family members or placement within a foster home.
